Homeless Man Banned From Swearing in Britain

A 44 year old homeless man has banned from swearing in public henceforth or face jail term.

The man, David Bellman in a well served judgement was handed a three-year criminal behaviour order by fed-up magistrates in Bodmin, Cornwall.

The court was told that  Bellman, regularly abuses members of the public in the street after drinking sessions and has been jailed in the past for public order offences.

He was hauled to court after subjecting rail staff and passengers to the ‘tirade of abuse’ at a railway station.

Bellman previously racially abused a female worker as she served him in a Burger King takeaway.

The three-year order states that he must not be found drunk in any public space or swear in the UK.

The damn man is homeless! By the way regular british people swear all the time. Law enforcement should make themselves useful.
