This is a very pathetic caption that appeared on a daily newspaper. A businessman lost consciousness when a DNA test revealed that his four children belonged to his neighbour. There probably has been serious suspicion on the part of the man that led to the DNA test; or maybe it's one of those unfortunate twists of nature that just happens.
