I hate cockroaches, so this cake is really creeping me out. Though it's a fact that some nationalities enjoy a cockroach snack every now and then, but there are still other who feel squeamish at the sight of this insect.
A very creative and ingenious baker put together this work of art for an event. It is a chocolate cockroach cake with cream filling, maybe to represent the intestines of the roach.
