Kevin James Loibl, 27, shot dead Christina Grimmie while she was signing autographs, police say

Kevin James Loibl, believed to be a 'deranged fan', gunned down the 22-year-old singer while she was signing autographs for fans at a show in Orlando, police say.

The 27-year-old had apparently made arrangements to return to another city in the state - possibly his hometown of St Petersburg - after the shooting.

However, his travel plans were never fulfilled - because he ended up shooting himself dead after being tackled by the former Voice star's 'heroic' brother, Marcus.
